Horse-Guided-Wellness
Why Horses?
Horse-Guided-Wellness experiences are leading-edge modalities; offering
us a powerful and profound, yet gentle journey toward self-discovery.
It unites you ~ your horse partner(s) ~ and the present moment.
Choosing to connect with horses allows us to understand ourselves in new ways. What we feel, even that which is unconscious to us, is what horses sense and see, and mirror back to us through their behaviour.
Horses help us see through our layers and find our authentic self.
Horses can help us see and experience the world genuinely. They provide instant feedback to us; without judgment, ego, or attachment to outcomes. What we experience and discover in relationship with our horse partners is immediately transferable into our every day life activities.
